Yoga has always been a big part of our lives long before Align existed. When we opened the Pilates studio, we felt like something was still missing. So we got to work.

We’ve spent months behind the scenes consulting the best in the field to curate an experience you’d feel lucky to find in a big city, let alone right here at home.

The name means something to us. Adam, co-owner and combat helicopter pilot, found peace in the sky long before he found it on a mat. After multiple tours, yoga became an integral part of his mental health and recovery. Erica had introduced him to the practice years earlier and it stuck. Gaining altitude brings clarity. That’s what this place is for.
